McIntyre Elder Law is growing — and we are thrilled to officially welcome Attorney Josh Hunter to our team. 

Josh has been in an intensive training and apprenticeship program within our firm, working directly with our attorneys to learn the hands-on, real-world application of elder law. Our approach to legal training is grounded in mentorship and client-centered practice; not only learning the law, but understanding how to use it strategically to protect families.  

Who is Attorney Josh Hunter?

Josh brings an impressive and diverse academic background. 

• UNC Greensboro: Bachelor's degree in History
• Elon University School of Law:  Juris Doctor
• Vermont Law & Graduate School:  Master's in Environmental Law and Policy

Outside of the legal world, Josh is an avid outdoorsman, wildlife photographer, and enjoys strategy-based hobbies like Dungeons & Dragons and Magic: The Gathering; interests that sharpen his problem-solving skills and creativity. He is also dedicated to physical fitness and believes in the connection between mental clarity and professional performance.
