So, you’re one of the few people who understand that 70% of individuals over 65 will need long-term care. You also understand that figure to mean that you have a 70% chance of paying tens of thousands of dollars a month in long-term care. Lastly, you’re someone who’s worked hard their whole lives and you don’t want to see everything you worked hard for go to some facility. Thus, you know that you should plan to use Medicaid to pay for long-term care. The only issue is, how do you qualify?

Mary also worked in our Communications Department, prior to her position as Benefits Case Worker. She has a background in Business and Healthcare and has a passion in caring for others. After residing in Monroe, NC for the last 15 years, she now calls Lincolnton her home.

Hayden is responsible for assisting our Benefits Director in preparing and filing medicaid applications for our clients. Hayden recently graduated from East Carolina University. She received her B.A. in Psychology along with a double minor in human development and alcohol and drug studies. When not in the office, Hayden enjoys traveling, hiking, writing, seeing friends and family, and going to concerts. Hayden currently resides in Forest City after living in Greenville, NC for the preceding three years.
